To ensure client satisfaction and provide high-quality service, and given the nature of the services I offer, my return policy is subject to the following conditions:

 

1. Nature of Services

All my services are digital and creative, executed according to the client’s specific requests and needs, such as design, website development, and eCommerce store development.

2. Returns and Cancellations

Refunds are not available after project commencement or delivery of any part of it.

The client may request cancellation of the service before implementation begins. In this case, a full or partial refund will be issued, as agreed upon.

3. Modifications

I offer several modifications as agreed upon in the quote or contract.

Any additional modifications outside the scope of the agreement may incur extra charges.

4. Dissatisfaction with the Service

If you have any comments or are dissatisfied, contact me within 7 days of the delivery date, and I will work to resolve the issue to ensure the best possible outcome.
